Agent artifact lifecycle

Example deployment set

Worked example · illustrative

One deployment set. Twelve repositories. One visible exception.

A deployment set is a named group of artifacts delivered together. In this example, a platform team registers the release-reviewer worker stack, binds it to twelve repositories, and deploys version 2.3. A later check finds one changed copy in payments-api.

The R1 to R4 ladder is generic. The R2 to R3 review reads the deployment and version records, then records the decision.

Worker-stack deployment view

One deployment set reaches twelve repositories while one drifted project copy remains visible.

Example workflow deployment panel An illustrative workflow panel shows the release-reviewer worker stack targeting twelve repositories, with eleven current and one drifted. The payments-api row opens a two-line diff. A promotion ladder at right places a registry-reading human gate between supervised and promoted states.
